Job Description
The Data Analytics Lead Consultant is responsible for influencing business strategy through data and analytics. The position is also responsible for managing and leading data and analytics of critical importance to drive business results.Key Responsibilities
• Provides data and analytics expertise to support and collaborate across business units
• Manages and leads data and analytics of critical importance
• Utilizes data and analytics expertise to coach and develop a team of analysts
• Influences strategy through data and analytics
• Compiles, cleans, organizes and analyzes complex data to understand business results
• Establishes, modifies, documents and communicates standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting and data analytics
• Communicates and presents complex project information to team and provides presentations/updates to senior leadership
• Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management
• Provides technical expertise
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 141,830.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.At National General, great things happen when our people work together.
