Reporting to the Workplace Absence & Accommodations Program Manager, the Workplace Absence & Accommodations Specialist will review and process documentation related to leave and accommodation requests. This is a full time position that is fully remote.
What youâll be doing:Â
- Review, verify, and process documentation related to leave and accommodation requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify trends related to documentation completion and provide feedback and guidance to the provider team to improve member satisfaction and LOA process outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Medical Records, Clinical Quality, and Provider Operations to offer guidance and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in multiple systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Use effective written skills to complete professional documentation and to interact with stakeholders via email and electronic communications.
- Promote effective care by coordinating closely with Spring Health Care Support and Provider Operations team.

- Completion of support tickets within identified timeframes.
