Workforce Management Intern

Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a highly motivated and analytical self-starter to join our fast-growing team. The WFM Intern will support the Workforce Management department by developing staffing forecast models, producing reports on operational KPIs, and interpreting data trends that assist in strategic planning and lead to accurate business decision making. This position will require the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and leverage findings to highlight business trends and propose operational pivots.

Responsibilities

· Generate and analyze reports to/for the department· Track key operational metrics for the CS & Sales departments· Build data models and provide insights to update existing ones· Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed· Work together with key departments in the organization to enhance strategic decision-making

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Proficient in MS Excel· Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills· Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately· The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis· The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
