You’ll TENACIOUSLY drive the progress of your learners, keeping them on track to complete their training programme. Combining your DATA background and your technical knowledge in Data processing and analysis, with super awesome coaching and feedback skills, you’ll COACH your learners to embed workplace experiences, ensuring knowledge transfer which accelerates the competency of your learners.
As a strong RELATIONSHIP BUILDER – you’ll partner with employer stakeholders, mentors and learners to anticipate, spot and address issues/challenges, nipping them in the bud to keep learners progressing with their learning. You’ll be determined to stretch and challenge your learners to achieve beyond their wildest dreams. You’ll prepare your learners to complete their programme – supporting them to strive towards distinction success!

You’ll receive:- Starting salary between £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus an end of year bonus if team KPI's are met

- Hours of work – you can choose your own hours, providing you’re around when stakeholders need you and clock up 37.5 hours per week
