Over the last three years, our team has doubled year over year, now reaching 100 team members across 15 countries. We have also acquired three international companies, enhancing our global presence and diversity. As a private company, we prioritize sustainable growth and long-term success, without the pressure of rapid turnover and quick exits typical of private equity-backed firms.
