Job Description SummaryThe Vice President, Imaging Marketing & Training is accountable for leading solutions marketing for the US and Canada (USCAN) region, combining strong persona-based insights with solutions acumen to package customer-centric offerings, value propositions and reasons to believe. This position will lead a team of equipment and services product marketers focused on new product introductions, value propositions, and installed base campaigns. This role will leverage deep qualitative and quantitative insights about the needs, wants and performance of our customers, identifying keys to our success and overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive solutions content to facilitate growth.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Synthesize with Segment VPs, segment global marketing and other relevant stakeholders to analyze and understand factors driving business and region performance (visibility, win rate, share, orders, revenue, CM, funnel growth, services capture, etc.)
  • Commercialize new product launches, including but not limited to, development of regional product marketing strategy, value proposition, positioning, messaging, and sales content.
  • Lead USCAN worldwide product planning (WWPP) strategy, inputs, and annual process. 
  • Work closely with Segment VPs, Operations and Finance on long term strategy (LTS) and annual process including A3’s problem solving and investment planning.
  • Lead Quarterly NEMA and Market Forecasting with Operations and annual budget planning.
  • Commercialize installed base growth programs to include but not limited to customer targeting, why upgrade value propositions, messaging and sales content.
  • Develop a strong partner with Segment and Morality region product manager teams.
  • Actively solicit and share competitive intelligence and GE Healthcare response Assess portfolio competitiveness within region, and leveraging data to shape insights-driven recommendations for current and future state changes for customer and business advantage
  • Oversee this team’s development & execution of USCAN integrated engagement strategy using the strongest and most relevant products, services and solutions across the portfolio as proof points and reasons to believe
  • Partner with leaders across marketing to develop strong annual marketing strategy and activation plans Adopt regional customer segmentation strategy.  Develop and manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent (e.g. lead generation campaigns).
  • Provide key inputs into planning processes, including market sizing and forecasting and investment requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field  and 10+ years’ experience in commercial marketing or product marketing
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision as well as marketing and marcom strategy
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Proven ability to lead through change, navigating diverse stakeholders with strong positions and leading collectively to positive outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and process skills
  • Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 15+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
  • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $163,200.00-$244,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
