Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

The Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Dakota invites applications for an undergrad student part-time temporary research assistant in Mechanical Engineering to work under the supervision of Dr. Surojit Gupta.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with data analysis
  • Assist with microstructure analysis

Minimum Requirements

  • Sophomore or Junior in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
