Your Career
As a Technical Enablement Specialist at Palo Alto Networks, you are responsible for improving the product and industry knowledge of technical team members from the sales, customer support, and professional services organizations. This role partners with Technical Enablement Architects to design product and industry training.
Individuals in this role are focused on the Palo Alto Networks Cortex portfolio, which brings enhanced security operations, analytics, and automation to customer environments. The position is primarily responsible for technical aspects of the product training, such as product features, configuration, deployment, and optimization using tools within the product. The scope and function of this position require close coordination with Systems Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and other Shared Services teams.
