Silvaco is seeking a detailed and experienced Stock Plan Administrator to join our growing team. This position will impact the organization by ensuring all activities related to the company’s stock plan are completed on time, accurately and in accordance with policy. This role will administer all aspects of our stock plan including new grants, exercises and vesting, accounting, payroll taxes, and account reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading daily activities, educating employees on equity plans, managing international compliance, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders as well as identifying and implementing process and system improvements in a highly dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:
• Manage the daily administration of global stock plans including eligibility, enrollment, approvals, processing stock option and restricted stock unit and performance share unit awards, exercises and releases, tax withholdings, expirations, cancelations, repurchases, terminations, and other plan-related actions.
• Partner with other functional leads (including in Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting and Finance) to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all equity data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation, auditing and SEC form 4 reporting.
• Create stock reports as requested; assist with stock-related disclosures and with internal, external audits, annual proxy reporting, and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to stock matters.
• Develop and manage ESPP open enrollment processes, including education for employees, coordination with payroll and accounting teams, performing the purchases and manual calculations to ensure compliance with IRS limitations.
