What our Client is looking for on this Project

Our client is looking for a senior project manager to lead a workstream that is part of an organizational transformation initiative. This position will work with subject matter experts and teams that may include human resources personnel in addition to other stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have experience in the following:

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.
• Monitor, track and communicate project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Change Management

• Create and manage detailed change management plans, including communication, training, and support activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.

Requirements

Technical Ability

• Proficient with Atlassian Platforms (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

• Active Listening is essential, including the ability to understand client needs
• Effective verbal and written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability and customer orientation during times of change

Leadership

• Ability to lead and manage client resources and partners at the executive level and collaborate with senior leadership on business and IT projects.
