Job Description:

This position is responsible for partnering with Business Leaders representing our Total Rewards programs including job architecture, global total rewards strategy, compensation planning and talent processes. At its core, this role will ensure Zscaler's compensation programs drive strong alignment with our business objectives. The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards is primarily responsible for consulting with the business on Total Reward programs including effective workforce planning, attraction and retention of critical talent and monetary/non-monetary recognition initiatives.
