Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Providing supporting documentation for audits and tax filings
- Assist in monitoring budgetsÂ
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Assist in calculating and processing employee payrollÂ
- Process vendor invoices and payments, maintaining effective communication
- Prepare customer invoices and manage collections
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances
- Manage Concur employee reimbursement
- Calculate employees pay backÂ

Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related fieldÂ
- 3- 7 years of experience or managerial experience in finance
