Sr. Director, Growth Marketing

Storable is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Demand to spearhead our online visibility and drive both organic and paid growth of our Marketplace. You will be responsible for leading Paid and SEO demand, website conversion, developing our brand and online presence, and contributing significantly to the overall growth of the company. 

What you'll do

Digital Marketing Leadership: 

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of promotional and marketing campaigns, both paid and organic. 
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring the efficient operation of the function. 
  • Identify target markets, set goals, and establish budgets for various campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and business operations, to align strategies with overall business objectives. 

Paid Demand: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC and broader paid search strategy aligned with business goals. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. 
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI, working closely with finance teams to ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaign strategies. 
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement. 

SEO: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including website structure, crawlability, and mobile optimization. 
  • Lead content optimization efforts, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and SEO-friendly content across digital platforms.
