About the job
This position is needed to help the CDXP Engineering team (Customer and Developer Experience Platform) build and maintain the communications platform, used by thousands of customers worldwide to communicate through various channels. A successful candidate is passionate about designing, developing, deploying and operating software solutions at scale, self-starter, embodying a growth mindset, and wants to help Twilio deliver the best user experience for next-generation communications.Â
Responsibilities
In this role, youâll:
- Develop and maintain software, contributing to the overall success of CDXP
- Work with a small and collaborative team, whiteboarding ideas, building backend services, and APIs
- Perform thorough and thoughtful code reviews to help maintain a high standard of code quality
- Support production operations, building, releasing and assisting with team on-call
- Craft clear and concise documentation

Required:
- 3 years of engineering experience with Go
- Some experience using NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, including containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical âŚ
