ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Social Media Associate! In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a creative and strategic social media presence across all social media outlets that showcases the unique identity of the Dollar Shave Club brand and establishes a strong connection with our community. You will be responsible for creating content and community across all social platforms, with KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Creation: Contribute in the social media content creation by assisting the Social Media Manager in developing, producing and editing engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Community Engagement: Assist in fostering a growing & engaged social community by responding to comments, collaborating with creators, participating in relevant trends
  • Calendar Management: Partner with Social Media Manager in planning all elements of social calendar across channels to ensure alignment across team and consistency in GTM strategies. Develop GTM calendars for all key brand activations, product launches, and base business needs
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly reporting on performance across platforms and campaigns including engagement, reach and ROI etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
