Job Description

As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Xplor Internal Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction and strategy for implementing SSO, Globalization, and API integrations across our product portfolio. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution. This role requires a deep understanding of technical concepts, a background in engineering, and a proven track record of building processes for replicating implementation across different products.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-company initiatives related to SSO, Globalization, and API integrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and communicate updates.
  • Build business cases and create narratives to get cross organization buy in on new product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment on roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Drive the development of best practices and processes for replicating implementation across different products.
  • Define project KPI’s and implement a measurement strategy for every key product release.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and services.
  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of SSO, Globalization, and API integrations.
