The Senior Specialist, US Channel Business Capabilities is a key role within our US Strategy and Business Channels organization. The scope of this role is to partner with US Commercial Leaders and the business by assisting in the development and execution of long-term and short-term business strategies in the Channel, managing Channel Partner contracts, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders with the goal of strengthening our Channel Partner satisfaction. This field-based role reports to the Associate Director, Channel Operations.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assist Channel Operations Manager with the development and execution of the following:
Partnering with US Legal Department and various other functions to develop and execute Channel Partner agreements and redlines by a deadline.
Supporting strategic discussions with US Commercial and Channel Leaders.
Develop long-term and short-term business strategies in the Channel in collaboration with the Channel Account Managers, the Channel Marketing Specialist, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of these objectives.
Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews, executing opportunities with our Channel Partners, and defining key actions required to accelerate sales.
Ability to learn and utilize our company's operating systems effectively, such as sales dashboards, contract managements system, and inventory monitoring platform.
Define, track metrics, and develop processes to improve Channel Partner performance and develop a regular cadence of communicating these key metrics and measuring contract compliance.
Accurately track and monitor performance against established standards and key performance indicators, addressing escalated issues and working with Commercial Leaders by taking recommendations and suggestions to improve performance.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Assist/Provide various channel reports on a reoccurring basis, and implement feedback in a timely and quality fashion.
Assist Finance and Business Operations with accruals and payments, as needed.
Work closely with species and Functional leads to identify operational effectiveness with Channel Partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently.

Remote- Ideally the candidate should be close to a major US airport
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Distributor/Channel Management or Sales or Marketing.
Animal Health industry experience is preferred
