Senior Specialist, Talent Operations

The Lead Talent Operations Specialist will play an integral role in expanding the Talent Operations and Support Operations function, globally. This role will focus on building, automating, optimizing, and designing the infrastructure that supports an effective recruiter, candidate and employee experience. This role will be embedded within our Support Operations team which partners with our Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and broader organization (globally).Â
What youâll do:Â
Continually assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Partner closely and across functions (Legal, HR Technology, Total Rewards) to implement new processes
Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Assess existing manual processes and help optimize
Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally
Lead position management tracking and improvements in WorkdayÂ
Run point on TA system renewals, vendor management, and assessment
Run point on reporting for TA Ops & TA (ad hoc requests)
Lead a team of 4 Recruiting CoordinatorsÂ
What youâll bring:Â
You have 3-5 years of experience in People Operations; ideally supporting HR/TA transactions and partners
Youâve driven cross-functional projects and programs, and have system implementation experienceÂ
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Workday and other scheduling tools
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience managing Coordinating teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities
