The Senior Seller Success Executive (B2B) is a crucial client-facing role responsible for ensuring the ongoing success and growth of our top e-commerce seller accounts. This position manages the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to adoption, retention, and expansion. 

Account Management: 

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth  
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a portfolio of VIP seller accounts 
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure client success and identify expansion opportunities 
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics and take actions to mitigate churn risks 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical blockers or escalated concerns 


Seller Enablement: 

  • Act as an evangelist for the platform's product roadmap and capabilities  
  • Provide consultative guidance on e-commerce best practices related to merchandising, marketing, operations, etc. 
  • Deliver training and certification programs to ensure sellers leverage the platform optimally 
  • Collect feedback to enhance the overall seller experience and support resources 

 

Revenue Expansion: 

  • Drive revenue growth from the managed book of business through advertising upsells, cross-sells, and renewals 
  • Implement targeted campaigns and promotions to boost consumption of the product suite 
  • Identify expansion opportunities into new product lines, sales channels, and regions for sellers 
  • Support the sales process as subject matter experts for complex or enterprise deals 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable 
  • 5+ years of Seller/Client Success, Account Management, or relevant consultative sales role 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills 
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce technologies, merchandising, advertising, marketing, and operations   
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and navigate complex client environments 
  • Data-driven, with solid business acumen and consultative problem-solving skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations  
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment 

 

This role directly impacts the retention and growth of our most valuable seller relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with tactical execution to maximise client value. 

Benefits

The salary range on offer for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
