What’s unique about this role?
The Senior Review Consultant will play a leading role within the RS team, drive client-facing and internal strategic initiatives, consult with clients on best practices, and administer client-facing review platforms and tools.
What will this person do?
- Lead strategic discovery and consult with clients, counsel, and review teams to plan document review projects including designing document review workflow, recommending analytics and/or review efficiencies, and managing deadlines and quality of review.
- Design Relativity coding panel layouts, review workflows, and quality control workflows to enhance review efficiency and consistency at first-level, quality-control, second-level, privilege logging and redactions.
- Execute project-specific tasks in Relativity, including complex Boolean searching and batching documents for review.
- Define the scope of work to include a list of deliverables and deadlines.
- Oversee progress of work to ensure delivery of all work product within established timeframes and standards of quality.
- Communicate with clients, counsel, and review teams on document review pace, status, and quality.
- Thorough understanding of, and ability to support, Lighthouse proprietary applications and processes.
- Develop and conduct end-user training for review teams, counsel, and case managers on Relativity and Lighthouse proprietary applications.
- Develop Lighthouse workflow documentation and provide technical support for end-users.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Coordinate all strategic and technical aspects of assigned projects with supporting teams.
- Support internal process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, identifying and recommending process improvements.
- Provide support to Sales and Marketing, including client-facing presentations and demonstrations.
- Define and execute the strategic direction of RS tools and processes;
- Analyze client history and current needs to build engagement with the client;
- Act as an escalation point for relevant client-facing and internal matters;
- Serve as mentor and trainer for RS personnel;
- Perform other related duties as assigned
