As the eDiscovery Senior Project Manager, you will be a dedicated team member and subject matter expert seconded to a client to help execute their information governance, eDiscovery, and document review initiatives. As such you will contribute to designing, implementing, and reporting on customer’s programs such as eDiscovery, collection, legal hold, document review, and legal technology solutions. This includes supporting the client by executing tasks across the eDiscovery lifecycle and having the knowledge of and ability to provide solutions.
The position will work closely with the Lighthouse Client Services team, Account Management, Client Success, Spectra team, other Lighthouse teams such as Advisory, Digital Forensics, Review Management, etc., client, and client’s vendors to achieve these objectives.
What will this person do?
- Contributing to the delivery of solutions to meet the client’s needs
- Managing the client and leading a dedicated PM team while ensuring the delivery of the solution to meet the client’s needs.
- Managing litigations and investigations and providing consultative guidance as needed
- Executing work for the client in Spectra and Relativity to facilitate cases and investigations
- Helping to design methods, processes, metrics, and quality steps for collection, legal hold, discovery, and doc review
- Assisting to define requirements, select technology and services, and work with customers to implement technical discovery solutions
- Ensuring the clients are aware of and informed about the breadth of Lighthouse’s products and services
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, training, and mentoring client team members
- Serving as a key go-to resource for the client’s in-house legal teams for day-to-day task execution across the myriad of supported departments such as Legal, IT, Finance, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus)
- 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm and/or a legal consulting firm or eDiscovery provider
- High energy, collaborative team-player, and self-starter
- Experience with providing substantive legal advice concerning electronic discovery issues, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), to the eDiscovery team, case teams and clients
- Experience with developing defensible strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, culling, searching, and productions
- Experience with interfacing with in-house and/or outside counsel regarding eDiscovery issues and disputes
- Experience with advising clients regarding records management and data governance issues that relate to or impact the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) in disputes proceedings
- Experience with working effectively with the eDiscovery team to provide the full range of eDiscovery services to disputes teams and clients and to be a thought leader on eDiscovery and data governance issues
- Experience with identifying opportunities for improvements, recommending a viable solution to the client, and implementing the project
- Strong client empathy and ability to build relationships with client
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
The expected pay for this role will range from $110,526.50 to $150,000 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
