Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinates highly complex administrative and/or clerical functions for a project team such as schedules, appointments, meeting and presentation materials. May perform word processing and related office duties.
  • Handles highly complex confidential material relevant to company/project/program operations. Coordinates incoming and outgoing project communications including phone calls, memos, e-mails, etc.
  • Monitors and processes project task sheets, client invoices, and other project team deliverables. Maintains the project deliverable/documentation repository.
  • Applies expertise in standard project management software tools to maintain current data in systems, generate necessary reports, and track expenses to the project budget.
  • Performs highly complex administrative functions related to entering information into databases, producing statistical reports, and developing presentation shells.
  • Serves as a liaison between project personnel and the business unit(s) associated with the project.
  • Understands, supports, and communicates the project's goals, timelines, and critical success factors. Provides basic orientation to new project team members.
  • Builds, manages, and maintains a solid working relationship with the client.

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Six or more years of administrative assistant experience
  • Experience working in a client project environment
  • Experience working with client background, project goals, and critical success factors
  • Claims, auditing, compliance, and/or collection experience, preferred.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong personal computer and project management software skills
  • Strong organizational skills to balance work and prioritize tasks
  • Leadership skills to orient and coach project team members on administrative processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment with multiple members
  • Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private
  • Ability to maintain a strong working relationship with the client and project a professional image

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
