As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Varian Interventional Solutions Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Portfolio, you will be responsible for both the upstream product management and downstream marketing strategies to grow our peripheral vascular thrombectomy portfolio.

You will join the Varian Interventional Solutions Marketing Team, responsible for the creation and execution of all product activities (from roadmap and product requirements definition to go-to-market planning and execution, value proposition & messaging, product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives). We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Product Marketing Manager with experience in thrombectomy, who will help shape the future of interventional therapies in this critical space.

Primary responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to define the market landscape, clinical requirements, and product opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships and build a panel of Key Opinion Leaders to gather insights and feedback that inform product priorities, clinical utilization strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to develop product roadmaps and strategies that are aligned with the voice-of-customer and goals of the business.
  • Represent the VTE portfolio as a subject matter expert at trade shows, KOL visits and scientific meetings.
  • Drive the development of product roadmaps based on market insights and strategic priorities. Prioritize features and enhancements to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, defining target markets, product positioning, messaging, and pricing to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral for the global business ensuring that marketing materials effectively communicate brand strategy, product features and clinical benefits to the target audiences.
