Job Description
The Dynatrace Partner business is evolving and growing, and with that, we are hiring an experienced, marketer to lead Strategic Alliance Marketing. This is a team leader position, reporting to the VP Global Partner Marketing. Within the Partner ecosystem Dynatrace has alliances at different stages of maturity in incubation, build and scale phases.
The Senior Director, Strategic Alliance Demand and Activation will work closely with Partner sales leadership. In this position you will be responsible for marketing To, Through and With strategic alliance Partners, predominantly GSIs. There will be a strong focus on activation, awareness, and demand programs. This is a new position, and you will have the opportunity to build an integrated strategy and plan, enabling Dynatrace to further develop and accelerate these key partnerships. Measurement standardization and defining consistent, repeatable approaches will be key for success. This is a player, coach position and the successful candidate will own strategic partner relationships, as well as managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the company's overall go-tomarket strategy.
- Define strategic approach to market to, with and through GSIs
- Build a scalable execution model that delivers the partners campaigns, resources, programs, and guidance on execution to drive net new pipeline and revenue for Dynatrace
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including Global Systems Integrators
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and sales opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing programs that position Dynatrace as an integral part of key partners’ solutions and/or go-to-market strategy
- Leverage strategic alliance partner brands to elevate the Dynatrace brand
- Create and deliver partner-facing marketing materials and assets
- Set global goals; track and measure the performance of partner marketing programs and initiatives
- Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs and events
- Work closely with the sales and partner teams to align partner marketing activities with sales goals and objectives
- Manage the partner marketing budget to align to strategic priorities, drive results and maximize ROI
