About the Team:

This role is part of the Invoca marketing team- a group of passionate, curious, world class marketers. It will also be closely aligned with the UK GTM team, which includes sales, customer success and sales development. 

About the Role:

We are expanding the Invoca business into the UK and expect it to become a critical part of our future growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in fast paced technology markets. As the first marketer for Invoca in the UK, this person will have a unique opportunity to help build a new business and shape our brand in the market. You will report into the VP of Demand Generation, and have a dotted line report into the UK Director. You will also work cross functionally with the sales, customer success and SDR team as we build a vibrant and successful business in the UK.

You Will:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our regional marketing, including creating awareness for the Invoca brand, generating pipeline for new business, and helping make our customers successful and proud advocates. This is the type of role that spans strategy and messaging development to program execution. 

    • Be a thought leader, with deep knowledge of the market and Invoca’s technology
    • Build a marketing plan that helps us establish Invoca’s presence in the market while building pipeline in coordination with the sales and sales development teams
    • Work with the US and UK leads to develop messaging that is consistent with the overall messaging of the company, but reflects the specific requirements of the UK market
    • Create an ABM strategy that identifies target accounts in specific verticals. Coordinate engagement with the sales and sales development teams to ensure we hit pipeline goals
    • Establish key goals and track business and marketing metrics 
    • Work with the customer success team to form a strong partnership with our early customers- converting them into advocates for the business
    • Understand our local competition and form messaging and plans that help Invoca win in the market 
    • Localize US content and create new content specific for the UK market

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B technology companies
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to step in and help build a business
  • Passion, curiosity and a bias toward action. You move quickly and get things done
  • Cross functional skills- the ability to work effectively within a team, pushing toward a common goal
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing strategies

  • Position Base Range - Salary Range 68,680 GBP- 97,563 GBP/ DOE plus bonus potential
