Title and Summary
Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors Business Development (Open to Remote US)The purpose of the Advisors BD Senior Managing Consultant role is to:â˘Creatively solve client problems by leveraging Mastercardâs suite of services, data, platforms, and expertise
â˘Drive Advisors sales opportunities by providing co-brand expertise to both Merchants and Issuers
â˘Identify sales opportunities advancing Mastercardâs Co-Brand solutions across a diverse set of Merchant and C-Brand Issuers
â˘Support new Mastercard log wins with both Co-brand Issuers and Merchants by demonstrating the differentiated strategic value of Mastercard Data & Services
â˘Contribute to the sales process by developing narratives, client presentations, and drafting Statements of Work
â˘Responsible for business development and ongoing account ownership for Data & Services across multiple segments with direct revenue, account ownership and sales responsibilities
â˘Work cooperatively with internal stakeholders, including Client Account Managers, to identify client business needs or gaps
â˘Lead both formal and informal pitches, from storyboarding to face-to-face presentations, delivering concise and persuasive materials tailored to the specific needs and level of the audience
â˘Construct agile sales teams to tailor Data & Services solutions to address identified client needs and gaps
â˘Drive coordination within Marketing, Solutions, Delivery and Product teams across Data & Services business lines to ensure best in class value delivery to clients
â˘Own pricing and margin decisions within approved ranges to successfully close deals
â˘Manage the workflows (Salesforce) to ensure deal management and flow and revenue recognition
ALL ABOUT YOU:
â˘Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent qualification; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
â˘Prior experience in co-brand card space with financial institutions and/or merchants programs with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
â˘Knowledge and experience with innovative approaches to using alternative data and analytic techniques to enhance co-brand card portfolios
â˘Experience in developing and fostering customer âŚ
