The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing for Infinite Reality, the Snr Manager will act as the go-to-market lead for DRL, working both independently and cross functionally to build the brand and community, support revenue growth, and design innovative experiences for a new generation of tech enabled fans across the world. 

Responsibilities:

1. Fan Engagement and Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive focused fan behaviors, such as event/season launch campaigns, pilot reveals, and fan sweepstakes.
  • Implement products and solutions to enhance fan engagement with DRL, utilizing platforms such as the DRL SIM, social media channels, and the DRL app.

2. Brand Management:

  • Evolve and refresh DRL's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
