The Opportunity:

As a Gift Card Business Sr Manager, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence and implementing strategic goals for the Gift Card Business for the US and Canada. Reporting to the VP, Gift Cards & Alternate Payments, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategies to drive activations with 3rd party retailers. You will be working with a vast network of cross functional partners (Finance, Accounting, Client Services, Marketing, Retail Operations, DCs, IT, Fraud, Legal) as well as external partners. This position will primarily focus on building our 3rd party business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive opportunities to grow the 3rd party gift card business in NA and
  • Create marketing strategies that drive the best ROI and drive sales in NA
  • Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production for 3rd party for NA and
  • Own invoice management and partner with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoices.
  • Maintain successful relationships across all 3rd parties (BHN/Cashstar/Incomm/Fiserv) and
  • Identify innovation & channel opportunities for gift card growth (i.e., 3rd party retailers, B2B)
  • Perform regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels (first party, third party, corporate) and share out reporting with Opcom

We would love to hear from you if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gift card management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing third-party relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform and interpret business analyses.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,100.00 - $165,110.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
