This role will be greater Denver, CO based and may require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings at our Caribou Denver office as well as up to one day a week in-office.

About the Role

Caribou is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to oversee our accounting operations team.

In this role, you will…

• Manage and oversee the payroll and accounts payable functions and month-end close processes including supervision of the Payroll Manager and Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Manage the biweekly payroll, monthly commission payroll and weekly vendor payment processes.
• Assist in the month end close process by approving direct report journal entries and preparing/entering journal entries in accordance with pre-established deadlines and controls.
• Prepare and/or review balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis and ensure they tie out to the general ledger.
