As a Senior Java Developer at Mursion, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and drive our technical strategy forward. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices in software development.

This is an FT, salaried, and fully remote position and offers a compensation package that includes a $100K-$160K annual base salary + bonus eligibility, based on experience and regional location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS.
