Securities Operations Service Specialist IV

Location: Columbia MD, St. Paul MN, Charlotte NC, & Houston, TX
This role is a hybrid position and can be based from any of our United States office locations, with the option to work remotely for some of your working week. If you’re currently in a fully remote role and are not within a commutable distance to a Computershare office, you are eligible to apply and maintain your remote working arrangement should you be the most suitable candidate for the position.

As a Senior Securities Custody Processor on the Trust Investment Operations (TIO) team you will work in the Asset Pricing Team within the Business Services vertical. Processor will be responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly asset pricing. Working with spreadsheets and various databases to identify price variances and unpriced assets. Processors are expected to: research and interpret pricing data, resolve discrepancies; provide prompt and accurate support for internal customers, communicate issues to the appropriate parties; ensure compliance operational guidelines and procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Using vendor information to price assets.
- Investigating price variance and submitting price confirmations and challenges through our vendor systems.
- Developing an understanding for functional processes and systems. Working with Technology on system improvements.
- Participating in business initiatives and team meetings
What will you bring to the role?

Other key skills required for this role include:
- 2 years of experience in financial services or customer services required; or a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience.
- Ability to use independent judgement to identify and resolve problems and escalate as appropriate
