Scientific Project Manager - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects related to real-world evidence generation, cancer immunotherapy, and clinical AI/ML. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sciences, preferably in cancer genomics, and possess excellent project management and communication skills. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for driving innovations in the field.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Project Management: 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to molecular therapeutics, real-world evidence, cancer immuno-oncology, and clinical AI/ML.
• Thoroughly document project goals,  methods, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal and laboratory operations to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Scientific Expertise:

• Leverage a robust scientific background, ideally in cancer genomics, to bring a unique perspective to project initiatives.
• Collaborate with our Scientific Communications team to externally communicate our findings and capabilities in posters, oral presentations, and publications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the clinical and molecular therapeutics landscape.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and priorities.
• Work as a translator to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly and effectively communicate the ‘why’ and ‘how’ when requesting resources for our team.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, clinicians, data analysts, and software engineers.
• Foster a culture of ambition and hunger for excellence within the team, driving collective success.
