The Sr. Analyst should have the ability to gain the trust and respect of senior leadership; providing the team with a focused vision on how the organization’s goals and directives will be accomplished within maintained project and employee capacity plans. The candidate will be an integral team member for large- and small-scale SAP implementations and alignments in the Production Planning area as well as supporting existing solutions. The position will be responsible for delivering solutions from proof of concept to full project implementation.

What YOU will do:
You will help to define clear strategic direction as it pertains to SAP – Production Planning across the Collins Aerospace enterprise.
You will build relationships with the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.
You will contribute to the development of your own as well as your team's technical acumen.
You will develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
You will assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects.
You will train, coach, and supervise internal and external resources.

Education & Experience:
