Description
Join The Firm Exp. as our new Executive Assistant/Partnership Development Coordinator! We're seeking an energetic individual who excels in relationship management, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses marketing savvy to foster and expand our partnerships. This is a fully-remote role with occasional travel within the Mid-West Coast.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities (appx. 20 hours per week)
- Coordinate the CEO's calendar efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports using Excel and PDF formats, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to support various business initiatives and meetings.
- Handle invoicing tasks, including compilation, data entry, and invoice uploading.
- Manage email correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings for the CEO, including logistics and scheduling.
- Assist in booking travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient travel plans.
- Provide support to other executives as needed, assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
Partnership Development Coordinator Responsibilities (appx. 20 hours per week)
- Identify and visit businesses with potential partnership opportunities, including law firms, medical offices, insurance agencies, real estate firms, and more.
- Engage in ongoing marketing efforts to enhance revenue streams and expand our clientele base.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective and existing partners, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Explore additional avenues for partnership development and revenue growth.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote our services and forge new connections.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Requires travel throughout Northern Utah
- May require very infrequent to California, Texas, Colorado and Washington (once per quarter)
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience ($24-$27 hourly, plus bonus/commission structure)
- Bonuses paid bi-weekly.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Upbeat personality with excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous experience in administrative support or partnership development preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Marketing/Content Creation is a plus.
