Regional Operations Lead – Central and East England
£47,566 - £50,042 inclusive per annum
Fixed term for 6 months, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid with travel expected within the region at least 3 days per week

Do you have experience in managing diverse services including supported housing, CQC registered care and community-based support? This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Regional Operations Lead to oversee a range of services and drive positive outcomes for people facing complex challenges.
We offer advice, guidance and support to individuals to enable them to access specialist services such as debt advice, counselling, hoarding interventions, mainstream services and community based social inclusion provision.

That’s where you come in. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and housing, as a Regional Operations Lead we will count on you to lead Operational Managers ensuring quality, performance and compliance across their service delivery. You will also be responsible for:
- Acting as an account manager, building and maintaining strategic relationships with external stakeholders and commissioners
- Managing and be responsible for risk management across services, properties, people who use our services and staff teams
- Inspiring and managing your direct reports, ensuring they collectively take reasonability for the management and performance of all services in their area
- Developing robust budgets in order to achieve financial viability of services
- Leading and supporting Business Development with winning new and retaining business
- Implementing and/or restructuring new and existing business.
- Leading and driving Communities of Practice within a specific delivery model
About You
- We are looking for an experienced and adaptable leader who:
- Understands housing regulations, CQC compliance, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Has a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate across services to deliver holistic support
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- A passion for delivering high quality, impactful services
