The role:

  • The PX Strategy & Employee Engagement Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Fetch’s People Experience team. 
  • Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this individual will lead internal communication strategies, oversee critical data analysis and performance metrics, and drive alignment across all functions within People Experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, ensuring the organization’s goals are met through data-driven insights and clear, consistent communication.

Scope of responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of People Experience strategies in alignment with company-wide goals, partnering closely with senior leadership to define long-term objectives.
  • Data-driven Decision-Making: Analyze and interpret data from various sources (employee engagement surveys, performance metrics, recruiting metrics, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve the effectiveness of People Experience initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and benchmark performance against competitors to inform strategic adjustments and optimizations.
