Our Protected Communications Systems (PCS) business, which delivers Resilient National, Strategic, and Tactical Communication Solutions and Integrated C3 Mission Capability Solutions to the US and Allied Nations, is seeking a skilled Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analyst to manage the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program.

What You Will Do​

  • Provide program financial leadership and support and who possesses strong knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, analysis, and compliance.
  • Work closely with key program and cross-functional leaders to analyze performance variance to targets and to exercise solid risk and opportunity management practices.
  • Own all financial aspects of the program and help the program team follow finance policy and procedure to ensure program compliance as required by the contract and by company policy.
  • Manage the program P&L and execute a variety of program/financial control activities.
  • Support quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), monthly forecast reviews, Ops/Business reviews, EVMS compliance, and all required internal/external monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting. 
  • Support of the monthly forecast process to accurately forecast bookings, sales, profit, and cash, and support balance sheet analysis and cash management.
  • Assist in training other members of the team.
  • May require domestic travel 1-2 times a year.

​Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Financial and program controls experience
  • Professional experience of applied EVMS principles and DOD reporting requirements.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance is required prior to start date ​
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
