Key Responsibilities
- Drive product impact by leading cross-functional coordination and GTM projects related to product development and strategy.
- Contribute to and maintain practices for communication, cross-department coordination, knowledge management, and metrics reporting.
- Gather, analyze and monitor internal product analytics to help the team prioritize work and make well-informed decisions.
- Compile and summarize themes from feature requests, support tickets, and win/loss reasons.
- Creating accountability systems that better track and circulate the status of feature development to inform internal teams.
- Own special projects such as the creation of product documentation, training tools, writing product requirement documents.
Requirements
- Experience with product management or SaaS-based applications. HR Tech experience preferred.
- Experience with Product Analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc preferred.
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build solutions that address their needs.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills to effectively communicate recommendations in digital and fluid environments.
- Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies.
- Experience in Jira administration including workflows, automation, and user management preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain a portfolio of multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
