TeamSnap is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with innovative ideas, a passion for bringing great B2C products to market, and energized by understanding the youth sports market. Understanding our customers and assisting with go-to-market programs will be the key responsibilities of the role. This role will report to the Senior Director of Consumer Product Marketing & Strategy and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics to grow our consumer businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for product and feature launches and strategic commerce partnerships 
  • Assist in the creation of product value propositions that will resonate with our consumer audience, and guide our marketing messaging.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to segment the market and influence strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with analytics to develop actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer through consumer insights, competitive analysis and market research before and during the product development process to influence and inform product strategy
  • Develop deep product fluency relative to industry competitors
  • Aid in the overall success of TeamSnap for Teams by increasing customer engagement, product usage, customer acquisition, and customer retention

What Will Set You up for Success:

  • 5 or more years of related experience in product marketing, market research, and/or marketing in B2C tech
  • Hands-on product marketing experience with B2C products, subscription products, and/or content strategy
  • Passionate about market insights with customer research, product knowledge, and buyer and user personas
  • Experience in marketing programs, studying data, and sharing insights as recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
