This new product marketing manager will be focused on driving the GTM of our training and certification offerings. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and own the development and execution of the cross-channel GTM strategy to drive training adoption. You will work closely with sales and field marketing teams to build GTM programs as well as with marketing teams to execute campaigns. You’d also focus on delivering customer references and stories about how training can be an accelerator for innovation.

The impact you will have:

  • Build and execute the GTM strategy to drive training adoption, especially through field sales and marketing
  • Create and execute sales programs to drive training in top customer accounts
  • Continued update of field and customer content and collaterals related to training
  • Collaborate with field marketing on all training efforts happening across various regions, driving consistency and impact
  • Build a strong rhythm of engagement of Databricks certified professionals (e.g. meetups) to drive advocacy
  • Drive stronger outreach through programming on social, through both Databricks social channels and beyond
  • Build trust with employers and professionals by publishing new recognizable references in this space

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing of training or similar programs for an enterprise software or SaaS company; or as a product marketing manager in enterprise software company
  • Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales/ partner enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel
