Job Description:

The Product Group Lead, Receivables, a critical leadership role, oversees TD Commercial Bank's suite of Receivables products, which includes mature capabilities, such as Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture, as well as emerging and vertical-specific solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Receivables market landscape, including client needs and industry trends, and will lead and mentor a team of product mangers to oversee products through their full lifecycle - from concept, business case, development, launch and ongoing management. The executive will engage with the Bank's Sales/Distribution teams and customers of all sizes and industries to help ensure TD's solutions are aligned with clients' treasury strategic needs, including maximizing cash flow, improving working capital and driving operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to develop and execute on a comprehensive receivables product strategy, ensuring roadmaps align with regulatory standards, industry trends and client needs.

The Product Group Lead provides senior level strategic direction in developing and implementing the Bank's products, services, programs and projects including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs. Responsible for formulating strategy, policy and overall direction of the identified product or suite of products portfolio. Accountable for building a strong talent pipeline within the team.
