The Opportunity
As we expand our marketing team to maximize the opportunity in front of us, we are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You will be responsible for learning and continuously documenting everything there is to know about our market, buyers, and products. You will position products, create differentiation in the market, and translate product features into benefits that resonate with buyers. You’ll also enable the sales team with training and materials, and the product management team with market perspective to inform the roadmap.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an enterprising product marketer to be a force multiplier for Simpplr's enterprise sales efforts. You will be the sales team's go-to resource, equipping them with the insights and tools to more effectively market and sell our solutions to our most strategic accounts.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Develop deep expertise on Simpplr's solutions, target enterprise buyer personas, their key needs/challenges, and the competitive landscape
- Conduct research and gather insights on our largest prospects and opportunities to understand their specific requirements
- Craft customized messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning, and other sales enablement content for strategic enterprise deals
- Work closely with sales teams supporting large enterprise opportunities to equip them with the right content and messaging
- Develop presentations, case studies, ROI calculators and other sales tools for the enterprise market
