What Will You Be Doing?
Key Responsibilities:- Expert Coaching and Counseling: Guide employees and managers, enhancing workplace relationships and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to address concerns, facilitate succession planning, and improve our overall organizational efficiency.
- Independently Manage Internal Investigations: Handle allegations ensuring thorough documentation, timely reporting, and effective resolution.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, recommend, and implement People Operation's policies and practices that support company objectives and comply with legal requirements.
- HR Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively lead policy changes based on new legislation, trends, and strategic company direction.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources required; SHRM CP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of HR employee relations and generalist experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365 with advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of HRIS and/or Ultimate software systems.
