What you will do:
- Source new technology partnerships
- Maintain a portfolio of strategic technology partnerships.
- Work with existing partners with the objective of increasing revenue of the portfolio. Analyze portfolio profitability and recommend initiatives to increase activity. Ensure assigned relationships are managed to achieve maximum level of customer satisfaction to ensure partner retention.Â
- Analyze portfolio profitability and recommend, negotiate initiatives to increase lead flow.Â
- Work with Product Team and Certifications Support to ensure the up-to-date integration and certification of Partners.
- Support training and enablement internally and with partners, along with enabling co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
- Successfully negotiate and execute contracts with select partners.
- Ensure implementation of solution/service rollouts are coordinated and follow through at a high level of standards. Work and coordinate various business groups to perform functions.
- Apply a consistently high level of communication and knowledge to resolve all day-to-day administrative and key operational issues, such as Partner problem resolution and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate the boarding of new merchant referrals.
