Director, Oncology Growth Solutions (Sherpa Health)

Location: Remote.

Travel Requirements: Requires travel up to 50%. Including occasional airline and overnight trips.

Job Summary
Do you thrive in a results-driven environment? The PatientPoint Oncology Business Unit (OBU) is in an exciting season of building and growing and offerings for the company. The field-based Oncology Growth Solutions role will fall alongside with the Regional Oncology Account Directors, where the team is full of high-energy individuals with a track record and passion for strategically selling, managing accounts with a new, innovative process and add value with new outlets, special projects, and unique pilots.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand the overall online digital software, Sherpa Health and how it offers a unique solution to our current Oncology customers. Creatively execute sales goals to meet business objectives of the OBU and Sherpa Health.
  • Build strategic partnership relationships within Oncology customers to drive a footprint of prospects in need of assistance with Sherpa Health, through digital intake forms, patient reminders and more.
  • Conduct sales tasks including outreach, presenting, closing, and executing current and new prospects by driving the value of the Sherpa digital solution.
  • Work primarily with existing customer footprint in the physician practices and hospital space, through Account Mangers to tee up meetings and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Sherpa Health teams to expand revenue and generate new business through additional targeted prospecting.

 

What We Need

  • Someone who is willing to join a team building environment to develop strategies and enhance relationships with physician offices (through account manager) and health systems in territory – across all communication (phone, email, Skype/Webinar, In-person).
  • Collaborate cross functionally with OBU members, Market VP and Provider Solutions team to increase existing practice utilization and penetration.
