We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will handle both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.Key Responsibilities
