Job Summary:
As a Marketing Creative, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually appealing marketing materials that align with our brand voice and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, print, and more. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help drive our brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions that tell our brand story.
· Design and create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, layouts and written copy for digital and print platforms.
· Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
· Develop content for social media, email marketing, websites, blogs, and other promotional channels, as well as sales enablement.
· Work with other stakeholders to execute creative concepts and marketing strategies.
· Stay up to date on design trends, marketing best practices, and consumer behavior to continuously improve creative output.
· Sharing responsibility for and social media updates with other marketing team members
· Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve creative strategy and execution.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as a marketing creative, graphic designer, or similar role.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Word Press, MS Power Point, and HubSpot. (Complete list below)
· Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
· Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
