Learning Design & Strategy Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for helping lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of clinical and non-clinical staff. You will ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality service and meet regulatory and/or accreditation standards.

You will report to the Director, Operational Excellence.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $103,200 - $135,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $92,880 - 121,905 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of training programs through various modalities, including in-person, microlearnings, and LMS platform modules
• Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training program, including data collection and analysis, to drive improvements in training outcomes
