Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid WFH flex - must be in office at least 1 day a week)
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hours: M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive training program
• Oversee the creation and quality control of Learning Management System (LMS) content
• Organize and coordinate Professional Development Committee activities
• Execute orientation and onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain and optimize training technology platforms
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored curriculum programs
• Coordinate and host firm-wide training events
• Document core processes and maintain compliance standards

Learning and Development Manager Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning & development program creation and management experience required
• 3+ years of learning & development content creation experience required
• 1+ years of Legal or Professional Services experience required
• 3+ years of Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience required
• New employee orientation and onboarding training experience required
