Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We’re hiring a Lead APP to join our Virtual Urgent Care team.

About the role:
In addition to overseeing care delivered to our patients, you will be responsible for delivering care as part of a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants, delivering world-class care using a unique and innovative care model. With this team, you will manage a panel of patients primarily virtually while coordinating in-person care when required.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising a team of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care to patients.
You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $118,400 - $155,400 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth
- Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs)
- Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader
- Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
- Other duties as assigned
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Must have GA, TX, & FL licenses in good standing
- Additional state licenses or willing to be licensed in additional Oscar states, also in good standing
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
- Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
- 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience
- 1+ year Experience delivering care in a community-based / in person setting
- 1+ years experience in supervising teams, including other clinical staff NP and PA supervision
- Prior telehealth experience
Bonus points:
- Spanish language fluency
- Experience being metric driven in a practice setting as it relates to population health management and/or, quality benchmarks, and productivity

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
